The Bella Vista Country Club Golf Course is the community’s
oldest golf course and can best be described as a "classic"
design that mildly rolls through the valley along U.S. 71.
The course offers four sets of tees to challenge all skill levels.

While long and challenging, the course can be walked as
there are few hills. Golf carts are available, as are rental
clubs. The course is served by the Tanyard Creek Practice
Center, but due to its location, stopping at the practice
center before reporting to the golf shop would be necessary.

Starting formats are varied and include regular (starting
play from the first tee), wave (starting play from the first or
tenth tee) and shotgun (starting play from a designated
tee) formats.

Bella Vista Village, Arkansas

Bella Vista Village offers its members and their guest's a
myriad of recreational opportunities to enhance the quality
of life. The village touts fitness/recreational centers, two
outdoor swimming pools, an indoor swimming pool, tennis
courts,  racquetball courts, two miniature golf courses,
playgrounds, parks and pavilions, walking trails, outdoor
basketball and pickle ball courts.  The community also
offers meeting space for clubs and organizations, an RV
park, an auditorium with a stage for performances and
countless club activities and youth programs.
Completed in 1970, Lake Ann is Bella Vista’s second oldest lake;  it is unique
in its shoreline composition among Bella Vista lakes. Only on Lake Ann will
you find prominent limestone bluffs and rocky outcrops, which are typical of
Ozark topography. The topography makes for a truly scenic setting. Also
typical of the Ozarks, Lake Ann is fed by a spring that erupts in the lake-bed
adjacent to the pavilion. The spring provides clear, cold water to that area.

The fish population in Lake Ann is what fisheries biologists refer to as well-balanced, with proper ratios of largemouth bass and bluegill
and good size and numbers of all the species of fish present. Lake Ann is a member favorite for crappie and red-ear sunfish angling.
Members may access these fish from POA facilities at either end of the lake for shoreline angling.
